Ben Davis Headlines

Ben Davis Headlines Round 2

I plan on shooting this weekend pictures at the cemetery, bridge beams and some kind of old tavern or location that looks like it could have been around during the depression when I'm in Seattle!

  1. mireya,

the visual of the pants hanging over the golden gate bridge is cool, however, I don't think the Bridge was even around yet..I think it was built in the 1930's.

I'm not sure WHO you're target audience is. Are you trying to reach 20 somethings or what? the tagline: "built to outlast you" doesn't make sense with the old SF headlines....that is, if you're talking to 20 something kids, it seems that you're saying that Ben Davis has been around a long time.

I think you can develop headlines that somehow bridge the current day to the past. For example, the idea these "distressed jeans" have survived 2 depressions, 2 world wars and your even next skateboard fall."

that's a very rough example of how you can connect the rich SF heritage of this old "workwear" to the current target's current life.

I would explore more headlines that "parallel" the old to the new.

    that's
